Health Insurance
Pharma-Bio Serv offers a company sponsored health group insurance plan through a major recognized Medical/ Dental/ Pharmacy Health Insurance Company. The Company subsidizes employee premiums for health coverage for employees as well as their dependents.

Basic and Supplemental Life Insurance
Our company provides basic and supplemental life insurance through MetLife in the amount equal to two (2) times your annual rate of basic earnings, rounded to the next higher multiple of $1,000, at no cost to the employee.

401K Plan
Pharma-Bio Serv offers employees a 401K retirement plan which allows employees to set aside money for retirement from gross earnings and defer taxes. You may begin participating in the 401K plan during an open season after completing 90 days of employment. You can manage your investment funds from the convenience of your own home by creating an account through the  provider website. In this website you have access to the Plan Summary, statements, and many other reports.

Long-term Disability (LTD) Insurance
During long periods of illness or disability, employees receive 60% of their monthly benefit not to exceed a maximum monthly benefit of $5,000 per month through the Insurance Company of North America (CIGNA). As with all such policies, benefits are paid in coordination with other souces (social security, workmen's compentasation, etc). Employees could be eligible for coverage on the date on which you complete a waiting period of 90 days of continuous service.
  
Recognition and Rewards Program
